What happens next
- We call you back during clinic hours, usually the same day.
- We'll ask roughly what you need so the right amount of time gets booked.
- If you've told us your insurance or Canadian Dental Care Plan details, we'll have checked your coverage before you arrive.
- You'll get a reminder before the appointment.
Appointment times
We're open six days a week, including Saturdays until 3:30 p.m. and evenings until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday — useful if you can't take time off work. Full hours are on the contact page.
First visit?
Bring photo ID, your insurance card or Canadian Dental Care Plan number, and a list of any medications. Completing the patient forms in advance saves time at the desk. No referral is needed — new patients are welcome.
Need to change or cancel?
Call the clinic as early as you can. Giving us a day's notice lets us offer the slot to someone who's waiting, often someone in pain.
