- Transit — a short walk from Finch West station on Line 1, or take the 36 Finch West bus and get off at Jane.

If it's an emergency
Call rather than email. Say it's urgent and describe what's happening — a broken tooth, swelling, bleeding that won't stop, or pain that's keeping you awake. We hold time in the day for emergencies and will fit you in where we can. Outside our hours, go to your nearest hospital emergency department if there's swelling spreading toward your eye or throat, or if you're having trouble breathing or swallowing.

Before your first visit
Bring a piece of ID, your insurance card or Canadian Dental Care Plan details, and a list of any medications you take. Filling in our patient forms beforehand saves about ten minutes at the desk.
